Full-time baseball academy in Tampa, FL. Apartment-style boarding optional. Daily training, virtual school integration, multiple team levels. Competes against Florida JUCOs in ABA premier division.
Located next to the Yankees' spring training complex and Raymond James Stadium. Housing is a partner apartment complex 10–15 minutes from the field and indoor facility, with a fleet of Mercedes Sprinter vans for transport. Partner pitching lab: Kinetic Pro Performance. Fields five team levels: Premier, Prospect, Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Middle School. The Premier team competes in the ABA premier division against Florida JUCOs and other academies — confirmed active as of April 2025 via MaxPreps NAA game records against TNXL Academy. A3 Academy is not a travel team — it replaces high school and middle school using virtual and in-person learning. Approved expense for Florida Step Up PEP and UA Scholarships (families can be reimbursed up to approximately $7,300/year regardless of income). Coaching staff includes former professional players from the Yankees, Indians, and Twins organizations. International roster: Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, New Jersey, Canada, Hungary, Dominican Republic. Fall 2026 enrollment open with limited roster spots.
